Terms and conditions
By signing and/or sending the RX form or a substitute therefore to The Dental Lab (Egressy Dental Ltd.) I agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
Warranty
Warranty is 2 years for prosthetic restorations with the exception of dentures where warranty for reline and for repair after breakage is only 1 month.
Conditions of warranty
With fixing the prostheses the 2-year period starts. We do not accept complaints for color, shade and shape after permanent fixation. A dentist must insert prostheses. Patient must attend the dental practice for regular semi-annual visits. Dental prostheses must be returned to the lab and our team will investigate every case.
The Dental Lab (Egressy Dental Ltd.) is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including inconvenience, lost wages, chair time or pain and suffering. Warranty does not cover the costs of removal or insertion. We do not refund cash only repair or replacement is covered under warranty. Damages resulting from accidents, neglect, abuse, improper adjustments etc are also not covered under the terms of warranty.

Remake policy
All remakes will be at no charge original prostheses and model is returned within 40 day from delivery.
Except:
1. Restoration fits model and a new impression was taken. 50% will be charged.
2. Shade or shape change is requested after completion.
3. Preparation is altered.
4. When lab’s recommendations were not followed and dentist asked for completion.

Cancellations
Cancellations after 1 day or if productions has begun may incur a full or partial charge depending on the time, work invested and materials used, components opened.
Payment and payment terms
All accounts are payable within 8 days unless otherwise agreed or stated on the invoice.
